First Time Users: Where to Find your Employee Number

To login to the system, you must know your employee number. This can be found at the top of your paystub or timesheet, or by request to your supervisor.

Employee numbers are 4-6 digits in length and do not include leading zeroes. This is an example of a good employee number: 1000

If you do not have an Employee Number, please have your Direct Supervisor for this information. He or She may need to follow-up with the status of your PAN. If you have worked for Chugach previously and you already have an Employee Number, you must wait until your PAN has been processed completely before you will be able to login.
